Diagnosis
Propodeum with plicae and with irregular carina between plicae, callus with eight setae; petiole 1.8X as long as wide; frontal suture reaches eyes in level with anterior margin of anterior ocellus; forewing costal cell ventrally with a row of setae in apical ½.
